Five Ways to Wellbeing is thoroughly researched, highly adaptable, and beautifully simple. Created by the New Economics Foundation in the UK in 2008, these Five Ways to Wellbeing have been part of my life philosophy since I learned about them while working on my thesis for my grad degree in 2012. Please read them, think about them, share them, write them down and post them in places where you can see them and put them into action wherever you are.
